There are basically two iris colors recognized in Iridology. One is blue and one is brown. When there is a genetic mixture of blue and brown, we call it a mixed iris. Each eye color has a potential tendency towards weaknesses or imbalances.
Signal a potential weakness of the lymphatic system
Could be from an overactive lymph system, having a lot of mucus, or overactive immune system (adrenal, sinus), having arthritis, stiffness and aching muscles. Some common reaction areas: tonsils, adenoids, upper respiratory, lungs, sinuses, stomach and intestines.
Doing vigorous exercise, jumping on a mini-trampoline, deep breathing, drinking lots of purified water, eliminating mucus forming foods such as, dairy products, wheat and sugar.
Clearing the lymph system will allow the body to operate more efficiently.
What can you do now? Starting slow and increasing more per week. Vigorous exercise is i.e., walking and swinging your arms, drinking lots of purified water, taking digestive enzymes to improve digestion and adding skin brushing to your daily routine.
Signal a potential weakness towards blood anomalies and glandular issues.
Could be from imbalance of blood composition, thick blood or thin blood, inability to store essential minerals, tendency for anemia and circulatory insufficiency, issues with the liver, gallbladder, spleen, thyroid, adrenal, pineal, pituitary and pancreas.
Build the blood by eating more greens, beets, black berries, black cherries, concord grapes, drink raw vegetable juices of carrots, beet, greens and wheat grass. Eat food high in fiber: vegetables, whole grains, legumes, fruit, soaked nuts and seeds. (soaking seeds/nuts makes it easier to digest and removes fat of the seeds/nuts). Avoid drinking with meals.
Cleansing the blood will help with circulation. Building the blood will help with fatigue and provide more energy.
Start to eliminate fried foods. Start to clean and build the blood: drink pau d’arco tea, red clover tea, chlorophyll and wheat grass juice, celery juice, echinacea or mullein tea. Drink vegetable juices. Eat foods high in minerals.
Signal a potential weakness of the liver and digestive issues.
Could be liver and gallbladder insufficiencies, weakness in the pancreas, digestive issues, constipation and diarrhea.
Avoid all heated oils, deep-fried foods, pasteurized cow’s milk and sugar.
More efficient digestive system and liver function.
Drink lots of purified water. Take digestive enzymes with meals. Use lemon juice and olive oil salad dressing can be beneficial to the liver. Use herbs, such as, milk thistle, yellow dock and burdock. Eat bitter greens, kale, beet tops, cilantro, arugula and dandelion greens.
